Her legal expertise is supported by numerous successfully managed cases and legal opinions presented before the High Court of Cassation and Justice, some of which were subsequently adopted and recommended as judicial practice.
Doina Preotu’s professional background also includes a significant period of activity within one of Romania’s leading insurance companies. Between August 2000 and February 2002, she coordinated the legal department of OMNIASIG VIG S.A., and from February 2002 to February 2012, she held the position of Legal Director within the same company. This experience strengthened her in-depth understanding of the corporate environment and the complex legal mechanisms specific to insurance and commercial law.
PREOTU DOINA LAW OFFICE was established in 1999, and since 2012 its activity has been resumed and expanded within the legal profession, developing a team of approximately 30 principal collaborating attorneys. Together, they have managed more than 20,000 cases, providing legal assistance and representation at high professional standards.
